Sara Martínez 

Sara Martínez is a feminist and sex positive activist based in Mexico City, Mexico. 

Her first approach to the feminist movement was while studying International Relations and Political Science, where she was part and directed two young feminist collectives. Now, she does advocacy at the national, regional and international level, promoting access to sexual and reproductive rights, comprehensive sexual education, youth participation and the recognition of autonomy for adolescents. She has also worked directly with adolescents, so they can acquire tools to live their sexualities through pleasure. 

Recently she has immersed herself into learning and widening her understanding of the impact of intersecting crises in feminized bodies and the territories they inhabit. 

What brings me joy: yoga, hiking, baking, the smell of rain, having deep chats with a warm cup of coffee, my dogs, and an occasional rant about military forces.
