Dana Zhang

Dana Zhang is a feminist activist based in Taipei, Taiwan. She is passionate about questioning the knowledge production and implementation of technology with feminist perspectives. In 2018, she founded FLAME, a feminist organization that works on gender-equal access to technology, with a particular interest in Information Technology, Health Technology, and Agriculture Technology. Dana also has a deep involvement with the queer movement. She was the chairperson of ILGA-Asia during 2013-2015, and the executive director of the Chinese Lala Alliance during 2010 – 2018, working on LBT movement-building and creating an inclusive feminist movement.
