In 2010, a group of younger feminists from the Global South advocating for the achievement of a comprehensive agenda on sexual and reproductive justice came together to form RESURJ (Realizing Sexual and Reproductive Justice). Over the last five years later RESURJ has grown into an alliance of strong feminists who believe in change and who are pushing for the full realization of sexual and reproductive rights. From the lead up to the 2014 ICPD Review, to the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals in 2015, RESURJ created a space for and supported younger feminists from different regions to ensure that their voices and realities were heard in global policy spaces. This is our story:
